Yes, you heard it right. On August 4, 2010 a radical anti-hunting group filed a petition with the EPA to ban lead ammunition. This is NOT good news. What are your thoughts and how can we stop these wackos from destroying our wonderful hunting heritage?

The EPA after being challenged by the NRA is no longer looking to move forward on banning lead ammo. The EPA assistant administer for the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention Steve Owens stated "The EPA reached this decision because the agency does not have the legal authority to regulate this type of product under the Toxic Substance Control Act" Wow, you do think the EPA has come to their senses or will we see them try to ban lead again in the future?
